GORDON & LORNA PETTIE

Gordon and Lorna Pettie are Merseysiders, though from different sides of the River Mersey. Lorna hails from the Wirral and Gordon from Liverpool. They met at Bible College in Birmingham and did their courting going back and forth on the ferry across the Mersey.

Gordon and Lorna first met Howard and Lesley Conder, the founders of Revelation TV, some six weeks after Revelation TV was started. It was one of those ‘chance encounters’ that was clearly a ‘divine appointment’. Since then the four of them have worked closely together and have become best friends.  

 

Gordon and Lorna are part of the management team of Revelation TV, whose main studios are in Spain. Both of them are trustees of the UK charity, the Revelation Foundation. Gordon is also a trustee of Christ for all Nations, the ministry which was founded by evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, and is now led by Daniel Kolenda.

Gordon is the author of a number of books including - 'The Jews, why Christians have hated them', ‘Not if but when’ (a book on prayer and fasting, 'Hey Howie,’ (the story of Howard Conder and the founding of Revelation TV). Further books include ‘Do it Again Lord', Use Even Me, Lord!, An Impossible Dream and his latest book, 'Walk through Philippians'.

Gordon and Lorna have celebrated 52 years of marriage as of 2021 and trust the Lord for many more years together. They have three children and five grandchildren.
